Corneal Tattooing (Eyeball tattooing)?

I'm interest in getting Corneal tattooing on one of my eyes. I'm 15 (16 in a few weeks). Where can I get it? How much does it cost? I just want the color changed. Not dying the whole eyeball blue like some people do.
I said I DIDN'T want a blue eye like other people do. I just want it to change the tone of the iris to purple to match my other eye.
This is something I would get at 18 anyway. It's what I want. A few years is not going to change my mind. Just make my want for it stronger. People get plastic surgery and tattoos at fourteen and fifteen. I don't see why it's any different.

The cornea is a very sensitive part of the eye. If you just want the Iris of one eye blue, get contacts. Seriously. You're only 16 and it's not worth the possible damage. As far as I know, most corneal tattooing is done to fix disfiguring corneal scars. Don't chance it if it's not necessary. Not many commercial tattoo artists are specialized in this area.
