that does tattoos for people under the age of 18 with parental consent. . .
no stupid or rude answers please.

All of them should! If your mom or dad is going with you they have to sign everything for you! May I suggest Dago's! It on 45 and man I forgot the name of the street is 2 lights after Crosstimbers! Im not that sure but it's that area! They ae the only people I trust to do my tattoos! Good luck!
